Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must:
- Notify us via email with your order number in the subject line of your email.
- Include a photo and a description of the problem or issue you are experiencing with our product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
- If only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition or returned late), you'll be notified.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 2 days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
