Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible while ensuring every item is carefully prepared. 

Order Processing Time

All orders require up to 72 hours (3 business days) to be processed before shipping.

• Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. 
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• We do not ship orders on weekends.

Shipping Timeframes

After processing, shipping times will vary based on your selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather delays, postal service disruptions). 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer promotional free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on your order.  

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
